The Agilent 83630B synthesis scanner is the standard of excellence for applications requiring the high performance and accuracy of a synthesis source combined with the speed and versatility of a scanning oscillator. The synthesized wideband frequency coverage and precise 1 Hz frequency resolution (Option 008), generated through indirect synthesis, enable the Agilent 83630B to achieve low single-sideband phase noise performance. It also provides excellent harmonic performance, with harmonics at least 50 dB lower at carriers from 2.0 to 26.5 GHz.
