Exhibition process:
■ Exhibitors must fill in the "Exhibition Contract Form" in detail and stamp it with the official seal and mail it or scan it and send it to the organizing committee;
■ After registration,exhibitors must remit relevant fees to the organizing committee's designated account within 5 working days. The organizing committee will issue a 3% ordinary value-added tax invoice after receiving the full payment.
■ The booth arrangement is based on the principle of “first registration,first payment,first arrangement”. For the sake of the overall image of the conference,the organizing committee has the right to adjust a small number of booths;
■ Exhibit transportation,exhibition reception,accommodation and other matters will be sent to the exhibitor manual by the organizing committee one month before the exhibition;
