The MS2724B handheld spectrum analyzer is designed to perform highly accurate analysis of emerging waves in wireless and cellular signals,including those produced by 802.11a,3G,ultra-wideband and medical patient wireless monitoring systems. Anritsu's next-generation best-selling spectrum analyzer - the MS2724B Spectrum Analyzer - is small,easy to carry and easy to use,with unparalleled measurement capabilities capable of measuring frequency ranges up to 20 GHz. This product is extremely suitable for measuring the 5th harmonic of 3G mobile phone base stations.
Multiple intelligent measurement functions are built into the MS2724B,including channel power,adjacent channel power ratio,carrier-to-interference ratio (C/I),and field strength. An AM/FM/SSB demodulator option has also been added. The demodulated signal can be monitored using the built-in speaker or a universal 2.5 mm 3-wire headset (if using multiple mobile phones). The MS2724B spectrum analyzer has low phase noise,with a typical value of -104 dBc/Hz (1 GHz,10 kHz deviation); the best DANL indicator among similar products,with a typical value of -159 dBm (1 GHz,1 Hz RBW),the resolution bandwidth (RBW) range is 1 Hz ~ 3 MHz,and the video bandwidth (VBW) range is 1 Hz ~ 3 MHz. This spectrum analyzer also has the fastest scanning speed among similar products. Internal memory stores over 1000 test instrument settings. Store almost unlimited number of traces and settings using a compact flash module or USB flash drive. Measurement results be stored directly in the compact flash memory module. The 512 MB module is capable of storing more than 20,000 spectrum analyzer measurements. Remote programming using Ethernet 10/100 Base-T connections is provided via SCPI programming. The Ethernet connection allows users to remotely operate the instrument with the Anritsu remote access software provided with the product,greatly improving convenience.
